Focus Israel
Focus Israel is Stony Brook Hillel's, Israeli culture group. Focus Israel brings a wide variety of Israel focused programs and initiatives to Stony Brook University.
The group plans several major events a semester and also organizes
weekly information tables on campus.

The JSU at the HSC offers weekly lunch and learns, monthly Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, lectures and a variety of other programming to graduate, medical, dental and other students at the Health Sciences Center.

Helping Hands is Hillel's Student volunteer and community service. Their goal is to give Stony Brook students the opportunity to take an active role in improving the lives of others in our community. Past activities have included trips to local hospitals, nursing homes and shelters.

This annual medical education/volunteering for first year medical students at Stony Brook University School of Medicine allows students to experience first hand, the medical profession in Israel. The participants spend their time in Israel fostering enduring personal and professional connections.
