Ophir Sabah

Ophir Sabah

IAC Mishelanu Fellow

Hey Seawolves, I'm Ophir Sabah and am currently a Sophomore studying Biology on a Pre- PA track. Getting involved in Jewish and Israeli life my first year has by far been the best decision I have made so far. this year I am proud to say that I am a Mishelanu fellow on campus. I work to create events on campus to bring Hebrew speakers together. being that I am Israeli having Hebrew speakers around me felt like a home away from home. Getting involved with Jewish life made me get more involved in the Chabad  and more specifically Chabad Student club. Lastly, My freshmen year I got involved in Seawolves for Israel and this year i'm fortunate enough to say I am SFI's Social Media Chair.

Naomi Gluck

Naomi Gluck

StandWithUs Emerson Fellow

My name is Naomi Gluck and I will be Seawolves for Israel’s Vice President next year, along with being the Emerson Fellow. I am a junior, doing a double major in physics and astronomy, with a minor in music.

This club is so important to me, not only as an Israeli, but as a member of the Stony Brook University. Israel education is lacking, with both Jews and non Jews. My goals for next year grow the pro-Israel community on campus to include more students that are not affiliated with religious groups. I am very excited to continue working with such an amazing group of people that share my love for Israel and I am looking forward to another great year!
